ARE YOUR SARMS ALCOHOL BASED?

NO. Our SARMs contain no alcohol whatsoever.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PURITY TESTED?

Yes, all UMBRELLA Labs products are tested in house and by 3rd parties for purity and generally average over 99% pure. We are the only supplier of SARMs with third-party purity validation from analytical chemists credentialed by the National Certification Commission in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (NCCCCE).

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 3RD PARTY LAB TESTED?

Yes, and we post these results on our product pages, please keep checking back as we will continue to update these over time. HOW IS THE PRODUCT PACKAGED?

We send in standard mailer pouches and boxes with no special markings, its just the package with address label.

DO YOU OFFER A WHOLESALE OPTION?

Yes, we offer wholesale discounts for bulk orders, white label services and supply other vendors on a regular basis whether they be brick and mortar shops or online vendors.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND PROVIDE REFUNDS?

We DO NOT provide refunds. No refunds is a company policy so please don’t ask. If you would like you can return your items but a refund will not be given. This site is for serious customers only.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Generally speaking, we ship globally. Please check the shipping page for specifics. If your country is not on the previously shipped to list please contact us before ordering.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Orders generally are sent out within 24-48 hours of order receipt.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to the email address that has been provided by you. If you do not see or receive this email please check your junk or spam folder.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, a shipment confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, as a value added service we offer free standard shipping for our US customers.

WHAT OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

For an additional fee we offer USPS Priority Mail Express option. Transit time once shipped is about 1-2 days within the US. These service options can be chosen and customized at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE ONCE MY ORDER IS SENT?

We generally send USPS priority mail tracked and insured. Transit time takes about 3-4 days. Other shipping options are available.
