We send in standard mailer pouches and boxes with no special markings, its just the package with address label.

Yes, we offer wholesale discounts for bulk orders, white label services and supply other vendors on a regular basis whether they be brick and mortar shops or online vendors.

We DO NOT provide refunds. No refunds is a company policy so please don’t ask. If you would like you can return your items but a refund will not be given. This site is for serious customers only. For any chargebacks done by the customer, and not approved by Umbrella Labs, will result in the customer’s information being reported to collections.

We only ship within the United States.

Orders generally are sent out within 24-48 hours of order receipt.

Yes, as a value added service we offer free standard shipping for our customers.

For an additional fee we offer USPS Priority Mail Express option. These service options can be chosen and customized at checkout.

We generally send USPS priority mail tracked and insured. Other shipping options are available.

No, we do not ship or take international orders. We only ship within the United States.
